Winter Wellbeing Double Header

Part 1 – Winter Wellbeing with Jo Redman – Monday 18th Jan 2021 @ 12.45pm-2pm via Zoom

Part 2 – Fun Fitness Class with Kelly Ravenscroft – Monday 18th Jan 2021 @ 7pm-7.30pm via Zoom

Following a really tough year of lockdowns, self-isolation and many professional and personal challenges, many of us will be glad to leave 2020 behind and start afresh for 2021!

WiBA is delighted to bring you a double header of events on Monday 18th January 2021, with 2 of our popular past speakers returning to guide our health and wellbeing this winter and into 2021.

First, our lunchtime session will be led by Jo Redman who will be encouraging us to take the time to manage our own wellbeing. She will share ideas and suggestions for coping and looking after ourselves mentally and physically in 2021 with the prospect of further lockdowns and general uncertainty. Jo is a freelance consultant whose role and purpose in life is to inspire people and organisations to be even better versions of themselves.

Following this will be our evening session with Kelly Ravenscroft where we will take part in a special WiBA fun fitness class to get our bodies moving and our blood and adrenaline pumping after a busy day at work or home. Kelly runs her own fitness business Keep fit with Kelly and prior to the first lockdown in March was teaching classes and PT sessions locally in Sutton Coldfield. Since the first lockdown, Kelly moved all of her classes online enabling her clients to stay fit and healthy in both body and mind in 2020. No special equipment is needed, just a pair of trainers, a small space to work in and a glass of water! The class will be suitable for all levels of fitness and all ages.

This double header event costs just £5 for members and £7.50 for guests. This price covers both sessions and no refund will be payable if you only attend one.

Zoom details will be sent out to attendees in advance.
