2020 has been quite a year, with so many challenges and uncertainties faced by us all in our personal and professional lives. At WiBA we are determined to bring our valued members and guests some much-needed normality this festive season and so we are delighted to invite you to join our annual Christmas Quiz which will be held via Zoom.

You can choose to play as an individual or you can team up with the rest of your household who are very welcome to join in!

While we are unable to offer the usual Christmas meal due to the current restrictions, we have arranged with our good friends at the Cheese, Gin & Ale Barn in Lichfield (who treated us to a fabulous cheese and gin tasting event in 2018) to offer attendees at the quiz the opportunity to buy gin filled Christmas baubles at £5 each (plus postage) in advance, for us to enjoy together during the event. The event itself will be free of charge but since we will not be holding a charity raffle, we have set up Eventbrite to enable you to make a donation to our chosen charity this year which is Ovacome, a UK-based charity which supports people affected by ovarian cancer.

Please note that the event will immediately follow the AGM which will be taking place on Zoom at 6.15pm. All current members of WIBA are encouraged to attend the AGM and to exercise their right to vote.
