Importantly, she will also cover the gender gap - why does it matter, and what can be done to minimise it? Ceri will share some simple steps you can take, to ensure you are in control of your retirement savings.

Ceri is the Strategic Partnership Director at Smart Pension, one of the largest workplace pension providers in the UK. She has been in the finance industry for almost 20 years, with experience ranging from multinational banking institutions to start-up fintechs. Ceri was delighted to be nominated by Professional Pensions as a rising star in the pensions industry. She's absolutely passionate about the use of technology and how it can streamline processes across the pension sector. She is also very keen to help people to be as engaged as possible with their pension funds, to ensure the best outcomes at retirement.
