The Menopause, Me and my Colleagues

As women, most of us will experience, or have already experienced, the impact of the menopause – and all of us will have loved ones, colleagues and friends who have experienced this phase of life. And yet, its something not really spoken about and a bit ‘taboo’.

Against this background, and in an effort to breakdown some of the (mis)perceptions, WiBA is pleased to present our next event with Lauren Chiren, founder of Women of a Certain Stage.

As the Principal Coach and catalyst for change, Lauren leads female executives to maintain peak performance throughout their menopause.

She educates large employers about the menopause and implements systems to retain and ensure top female talent flourishes. Lauren's message and work with mindset and health has been woven throughout her career and spans celebrity circles to the executive suite.

With her health and lifestyle businesses to date, Lauren has impacted 1000s of people across the globe through her TV and radio appearances, talks, courses and private sessions. Lauren feels passionately about ensuring women are fully supported. She provides current information, tools and techniques to stay well and symptom-free.

Lauren will facilitate an open conversation about normalising menopause at work and empowering us to navigate the transition successfully and support our loved ones, friends and colleagues along the journey too.

We are delighted to offer this event for £10 for all attendees with all profits going to support Lauren’s Three Peaks challenge walk for the charity Gympanzees which supports families with children with additional needs to access support, remote guidance and specialist equipment – find out more about Lauren’s fundraising here
