The Women in Business Association (WiBA) is an independent not-for-profit membership organisation which has been supporting business women in the West Midlands since 1990.

WiBA welcomes women from all sectors and at all stages of their career. We aim to provide a safe, inclusive and friendly professional networking environment and at the same time showcase local businesses in the West Midlands.

Our monthly events cover a wide range of topics including professional and personal development, speaker-led presentations and social events.

WiBA members represent private, public and charity sectors including law, financial services, accountancy, recruitment, HR, hospitality, healthcare, education, arts and governance.

WiBA is run by a committee of elected volunteer members who are all local business women.
